Just 15 days into the new year, a Bel Air woman won $1 million on a new scratch-off ticket.
BEL AIR, MD — A lotto lover's favorite number happens to be 26, so it was fate when she won $1 million two weeks into 2026 with a new scratch-off ticket.
The Bel Air woman was born on the 26th day of a month and was excited for 2026 to get started. She went to the 7-Eleven at 3901 Pulaski Highway in Abingdon to cash in $100 she'd won on a previous ticket and decided to buy two of the new 100X The Cash scratch-off.
“I don’t play that often,” explained “Million Dollar Baby.”
