25-Year-Old Harford County Woman Killed In Crash: Police
Police said a Street woman was killed and two other drivers were injured in the crash on Conowingo Road.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A 25-year-old Harford County woman died in a crash on Conowingo Road Saturday night, according to police. Officials said her car crossed over the center line and hit two other vehicles, including one head-on.
Emily Diane McDowell, 25, of Street was unconscious and trapped inside her 2008 Mazda when authorities said they were called to the 4700 block of Conowingo Road at 8:49 p.m. Medical personnel from the Darlington Volunteer Fire Company pronounced McDowell dead at the scene.

Investigators said McDowell had been driving north on US 1/Conowingo Road when she hit a Ford, whose driver was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, and a Chevrolet, whose driver was taken to Christiana Hospital.
Those hospitalized from the crash suffered injuries that were not believed to be life-threatening, according to Maryland State Police.

Conowingo Road was closed from Castleton to Shuresville roads for about three hours following the crash.
