3 Crashes In Harford County Reported Monday Morning

BREAKING: Three crashes on state roads in Harford County on Monday have slowed traffic.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Three crashes were reported before 8 a.m. on Monday morning on state roads in Harford County. The State Highway Administration said around 7:30 a.m. that the crashes occurred at different areas around Harford County.

By 10 a.m., all crashes appeared to have cleared.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., officials said MD 23 was shut down due to a crash at White Hall Road. Two vehicles crashed there, resulting in the closure of Route 23/Norrisville Road.

The State Highway Administration advised drivers in the area to expect delays.

By 9:55 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 26, the road was no longer listed as closed.

On I-95 south, officials said one vehicle crashed near the exit to MD 543 before 6:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 26.

The right off ramp was closed until about 8:55 a.m., at which point state transportation officials said the ramp had reopened.

In the northeastern part of Harford County, MD 155/Level Road was closed to eastbound traffic at Hopkins Road. By 9:55 a.m., the crash was no longer listed as closed.
