FOUND: 5-Year-Old Girl In Harford County

The missing child has been located, the Harford County Sheriff's Office says.

UPDATED (Thursday, May 24) — Officials say that the 5-year-old girl reported missing in Harford County has been located. Heydan Martin was found safe and unharmed, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said in a statement issued after 1:30 p.m. on Thursday.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A father and daughter are missing, and the Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding them. Heydan Noel Martin, 5, is believed to be with her father, Brendan O'Neal Martin, 32, officials said.

The Martins were reported missing on May 22, according to the sheriff's office, which said they were last seen together on May 4 in the 600 block of Churchville Road in Bel Air.

Heydan Noel Martin is described as a blond girl who is 3 feet tall and approximately 35 pounds.

Brendan O'Neal Martin has dark hair and is about 5-feet-9-inches and 175 pounds.

Authorities said a family member reported them missing on May 22 after being unable to locate them.

Anyone who has seen Heydan or Brendan Martin is asked to call Detective David Skica at 443-409-3256 or 911.
