7-Eleven in Joppa Robbed at Gunpoint: Sheriff

There's a reward of up to $2,000 for information about robbery suspect.

After a 7-Eleven was robbed Sunday night in Joppa, the Harford County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help identifying the suspect.

The robber showed a gun and demanded money and cigarettes at the convenience store, the sheriff’s office reported Monday.

The incident occurred in the 600 block of Pulaski Highway after 11 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 9, according to the report.

Following the robbery, the suspect got into a car with another person and took Joppa Road toward Philadelphia Road, the report said.

A cash reward of up to $2,000 is being offered for information. To be eligible, tipsters must use one of the following methods: send a tip online through Harford County Sheriff’s Office; text the tip to Metro Crime Stoppers at 274637 with “MCS” plus the message; or call Harford Crime Solvers at 1-888-540-8477.
