'American Idol' Finalists Headline Harford Cable Network Benefit

The fundraiser for the Harford Cable Network Foundation will feature two "American Idol" finalists, including one from Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD — Two finalists from the hit show "American Idol" will perform at a benefit in Harford County this fall. It is the first benefit ever for the Harford Cable Network Foundation.

Billed as "An Evening with Emma Klein & Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon," the event includes a cocktail hour with a meet and greet during which attendees can talk with the singers. There will be a silent auction where attendees can bid on items.

Klein, who is also known as Emma Kleinberg, is a Bel Air native and former host of the Harford Cable Network's "KidsTVNews" program. She graduated from the John Carroll School and Belmont University.

Since her appearance on "American Idol," she has been on tour with comedian Bobby Bones, performing as his opening act.

Harmon, also an Idol finalist, is from Catonsville. He made it to the top 10 on the show earlier this year and has since released his music on Spotify.

Both Klein and Harmon will perform in the Chesapeake Theater at Harford Community College at 8 p.m. on Dec. 14.

"An Evening with Emma Klein & Jeremiah Lloyd Harmon" runs from 7 to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14, on at Harford Community College.

Tickets are available online and cost $33. Funds raised will go to the Harford Cable Network Foundation, which supports Harford Cable Network, which delivers educational and informative local TV programming.
