Salvatore, who is running for the Harford County Council District D seat and pledges not to accept campaign donations or keep a council salary. She outlines priorities including better constituent access, stronger school funding, expanded public transportation, and closer collaboration with Aberdeen Proving Ground and Harford Community College to grow local jobs and preserve community quality of life.

All four suspects, including one juvenile, were arrested in March, and the investigation remains active.
