County Fair Runs Through July 25 With Music, Shows, Tractor Pulls, Contests

The Harford County Farm Fair runs the rest of this week with a variety of activities, shows, contests, concerts, a rodeo and more.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Celebrate Harford County's agricultural roots by meeting the animals and taking in the sights important to farming in the state.

There are six days left to visit the 2026 Harford County Farm Fair. Gates will be open Monday through Friday from 4 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

There will be live music and track entertainment every night, as well as local vendors and drinks and beverages available.

Each day, kids can enjoy The Barnyard and Kidway, inflatables and a straw maze. Community entries and 4-H indoor exhibits are available for viewing daily, as is the 4-H Marketplace, and Christmas in July craft vendors.

A few of the highlights for the rest of the week include the Chesapeake DockDogs at 4:30 Monday and the Clover Parade at 5 p.m.

A dog show kicks off Tuesday's fun at 4 p.m., followed by a sheep show and Horn's Punch and Judy Puppet Show. There's a rodeo at 7 p.m. on the track.

On Wednesday will be a poultry show, a spelling bee, tractor and truck pull and a goat show. There also will be fireworks at 9 p.m.

Thursday brings an antique tractor pull, fashion review, dog agility contest and pony rides.

Friday's fun features a mullet and beard contest followed by more tractor pulls.

Saturday includes a pie eating contest, cake auction, watermelon eating contest, corn husking contest, the Mounted Cowboys Shooting Associates competition and a farm baby costume contest.

The county fair is held at the equestrian center, which is located at 608 N. Tollgate Rd.
