Detectives executed a search and seizure warrant at the home and recovered a firearm. Curbeam was taken to the Harford County Detection Center where he's being held without bail.

Curbeam has been identified by the sheriff's office as the suspect in the fatal shooting of Bryan H. Burrows, Jr., 20, of Edgewood in early April. A second victim was wounded in the incident.

The investigation into whether the handgun is connected to this particular incident, or any other criminal activity, remains active, the sheriff's office stated.
