Alyce H. Kirk, former Director, Business Development with
Lessard Design, Inc. and firm wide Public Relations Manager with RTKL, has
joined J. Vinton Schafer, a Quandel Enterprises Company, as Vice
President. A seasoned business
development strategist in the A/E/C industry, Kirk will bring her expertise to
the metropolitan Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia health care and
education markets.

public relations placement. A graduate of Towson University, Ms. Kirk has a
