Apply Now To Attend 2023 Harford County Sheriff's Youth Academy

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Applications are being accepted for high school students interested in attending the 2023 Sheriff's Youth Academy.

Harford County high school students who attend the youth academy will spend five days and four nights at the Harford Glen Environmental Education Center at no cost. They will be given classroom instruction and engage in hands-on activities that cover a broad spectrum of law enforcement responsibilities.

Participants will tour various Harford County Sheriff's Office sites and interact with law enforcement directly. Traditional summer camp activities are planned in the evenings such as canoeing and ropes course team building initiatives.

The youth academy runs June 26-30 and July 31-Aug. 4.
