Early Sunday morning at Oak Leaf Circle off Holly Wreath in Abingdon a suspect held up in a condo at Laurel Woods Condos with an apparent possible hostage of that condo. Sherriff Dept. Harford County were the first responders around 5:30 am and later the S.W.A.T. team arrived. The area was surrounded and all those involved acted with caution and total professionalism. At around 10 am the suspect surrendered to the authorities with out incident.
