Armed Carjacking, Kidnapping Suspect Sought In Bel Air: Police

BEL AIR, MD — The Bel Air Police Department asks for the public's help in finding the suspect they say carried out an armed carjacking and kidnapping Tuesday at approximately 3 p.m. at MacPhail Crossing, 550 West McPhail Road.

The victim was taken at gunpoint but was uninjured, according to the Bel Air Police Department.

The suspect was last seen driving the victim's vehicle, a gray 2011 Hyundai Sonata, MD tag number 5AG3829.
