Armed Robbery At Bel Air Business Caught On Surveillance Camera: Police

BEL AIR, MD — An armed robbery unfolded Wednesday shortly before 8 p.m. at Hollywood Tans, which is located in the 500 block of Baltimore Pike in Bel Air.

According to Charles Moore with the Bel Air Police Department, the business surveillance system captured video of a man pointing what appears to be a black handgun at a store employee during the crime. The suspect demanded cash and an undisclosed amount of money was taken, Moore told Patch.

The suspect took off on foot after the crime, running out of the store towards South Kelly Avenue. The victim was uninjured during the incident.
