Baltimore's Classic Five Golf to Host 5th Annual High Heels For Hope Longest Drive Contest May 30 at Pine Ridge Golf Course
Participants to tee off wearing high-heeled shoes to benefit the House of Ruth Maryland

Baltimore Municipal Golf Corporation (BMGC), also known as Baltimore’s Classic Five Golf, and House of Ruth Maryland, will partner for the 5th annual High Heels for Hope Longest Drive Contest on Saturday, May 30, 2015 at the Driving Range at Pine Ridge Golf Course. Proceeds from the event will benefit House of Ruth’s mission to provide victims of intimate partner violence with services to help rebuild their lives.
Who: Golfers of all skill levels. Two Divisions of Competition - Men and Women.
When: Saturday, May 30, 2015, 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Where: The Driving Range at Pine Ridge Golf Course, 2101 Dulaney Valley Rd, Lutherville, MD 21093
Additional: All participants in the contest must hit their drive(s) while wearing a pair of high-heeled shoes. There is no pre-registration for the competition and contestants are invited to arrive at the Driving Range at Pine Ridge Golf Course at any point during the designated three hours on May 30. Entry fees are one ball for $5; five balls for $20. All proceeds from the event will benefit the House of Ruth Maryland. SRI Shoe Warehouse will provide high-heeled shoes for participants, or competitors may bring their own (minimum two inch heel, no wedges or platforms). SRI will donate all shoes to the House of Ruth Maryland at the close of the contest. Prizes for the longest drive will be awarded in both the women’s and men’s divisions, with each winner taking home a $150 Pine Ridge Driving Range gift card and a voucher for a free round of golf for four at any Classic Five Golf Course.
