Baltimore's Classic Five to Host Putting Championship
Golfers to participate in qualifying rounds June 28-29 and finals July 1 for coveted title of Baltimore's Best Putter.
What: Baltimore Municipal Golf Corporation (BMGC), also known as Baltimore’s Classic Five, will host the 2015 Baltimore Putting Championship to determine Baltimore’s Best Putter. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Classic Five Junior Golf Program, which teaches youth life skills and leadership through golf, encouraging young golfers to become involved with the game.
Who: Golfers of all skill levels. Two Divisions of Competition – Adult (18+) & Junior (17 & younger)
When: Qualifying Rounds – Sunday, June 28 from 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Monday, June 29 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Pine Ridge Golf Course 2101 Dulaney Valley Road, Lutherville, Md.
Mount Pleasant Golf Course 6001 Hillen Road, Baltimore, Md.
Clifton Park Golf Course 2701 Saint Lo Drive, Baltimore, Md.
Forest Park Golf Course 2900 Hillsdale Road, Baltimore, Md.
Carroll Park Golf Course 2100 Washington Blvd., Baltimore, Md.
Finals: Mount Pleasant 6001 Hillen Road, Baltimore, Md.
Additional: There is no pre-registration for the 2015 Baltimore Putting Championship. Contestants are invited to show up at any one of Baltimore’s Classic Five Golf Courses during the allotted qualifying time window. At each course, the top three scores (plus ties) in each division will qualify for the finals. Registration fees are $5.00 for adults and free for juniors. Contestants can enter only once at any one golf course. Prizes are: 1st – 25 free rounds of golf, 2nd – A DryJoys Jacket, and 3rd – A pair of FootJoy golf shoes.
