Bathroom Fire Causes $30K Damage To Bel Air Modular Home: Fire Official
A fire that broke out in the bathroom of a modular home in Bel Air caused $30K damage, according to the Office of the State Fire Marshal.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A 30x55-foot wood frame modular home with a basement underneath the structure caught on fire Thursday morning.
Around 30 firefighters responded to the call about a fire shortly after 9:30 a.m. Nov. 2 at 3024 Nova Scotia Rd. in Bel Air. According to the Office of the State Fire Marshal, there was a smoke alarm but it wasn't working.
It took firefighters around 30 minutes to reign in the fire, which was reported by a person passing by the property. The state fire marshal's office determined the fire started in the bathroom. The home, which is owned by Muhammad Suhail, was empty at the time of the fire, which remains under investigation. Damage has been estimated at $30,000.
