Bel Air Area Chef Among Maryland Chef Of The Year Nominees
The chef at Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz is competing for the title of Maryland's best chef.

FALLSTON, MD — The chef at Uncle's Hawaiian Grindz on Belair Road is in the running for the title of Maryland's chef of the year for 2019. Kaimana Chee has been nominated for the Restaurant Association of Maryland's Stars of the Industry Awards. The trade association sponsors the competition each year, and the public is invited to weigh in through online voting.
To win the title of Maryland's chef of the year, Chee will have to get more votes than four other contenders.
