Bel Air Business Owner Wins $37K Playing Lottery
A Forest Hill man who owns two businesses in Bel Air won big while in Ocean City, Maryland Lottery officials say.

BEL AIR, MD — A Bel Air business owner won a five-figure prize in Ocean City recently, according to the Maryland Lottery. The windfall came after he paddled up to Sneaky Pete's at Hooper's Crab House in Ocean City, officials said.
Stephen Harker, an attorney who owns Bel Air businesses Key Title and East Coast Realty on Fulford Avenue, won $37,539 playing his lucky numbers on Keno during his trip to Ocean City.
A recreational kayaker, he paddled up to Sneaky Pete's to meet friends and decided to test his luck on June 16.

After learning that his lucky numbers paid off, Harker told Maryland Lottery officials that he will probably use his winnings for bills and savings.
