Bel Air Festival For The Arts 2019: Hours, Parking, Attractions

The large arts festival is coming to Shamrock Park this weekend. Here's when to go and what you'll find.

BEL AIR, MD — The Bel Air Festival for the Arts will be coming to town this weekend. Arts, crafts, entertainment and festival food will be on tap for the annual event, now in its 54th year.

Walk through 350 booths featuring fine arts and crafts in Shamrock Park. Vendors will be offering everything from pet portraits to up-cycled decor. Take in the sounds of roving entertainers and those performing on the bandshell stage, and indulge in festival food.

Admission is free, and the event is rain or shine.

The Bel Air Festival of the Arts will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15, at Shamrock Park at 39 North Hickory Avenue.

There will be a shuttle from the MVA parking lot at 501 West Macphail Road for those who do not want to drive into town. Parking is also available in the parking garage on Hickory Avenue. The Bel Air Recreation Committee sponsors the event, and proceeds from food sales go to Bel Air recreation programs.
