Bel Air Firefighters Investigate Smoky Basement
An electrical issue caused burning on Broadway, the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company reported.
Officials said an electrical incident drew first responders to the 400 block of East Broadway in Bel Air Monday night.
At 6:50 p.m., crews from Bel Air and Fallston were called to a home where there was smoke in the basement, according to Rich Gardiner of the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company.
Gardiner said there was no fire, but electrical components had burned.

Crews cleared the scene by 7:50 p.m., according to the report.
