Bel Air Firefighters Called to Sports Complex in Forest Hill
Crews responded to Harford Sports on Friday night.
Firefighters responded to Harford Sports in Forest Hill Friday night due to a report of smoke in the building, according to the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association.
At 7:02 p.m. on Friday, crews were investigating the situation in the 100 block of Industry Lane in Forest Hill, said Jennifer Chenworth-Price, spokeswoman for the association.
Firefighters from Bel Air and Jarrettsville checked the roof to locate the source of the smoke, according to the Bel Air Volunteer Fire Company, which reported there were no injuries related to the incident.

The building was evacuated, and technicians were called in to repair the HVAC unit, according to Harford Sports, which reported that seemed to be where the issue originated.
Harford Sports reported the facility would be open Saturday.
