Bel Air Girls Soccer Sweeps Up Regional Title

The Bel Air Bobcats will take on the Huntingtown Hurricanes this weekend in the hunt for the girls soccer state championship.

Bel Air earned its way into the state semifinals after it blanked Westminster Tuesday, 1-0, in the 3A regional playoffs, marking the Bobcats' sixth regional crown, according to The Aegis, which reported it was the first since 2010.

Next up, the Bobcats take on the Hurricanes in the state semifinals at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9. The game will be at CCBC-Essex.
