Bel Air Hires Public Relations Manager

Patti Parker will handle the town of Bel Air's communications, "manage its online presence" and facilitate conversations with residents.

From the Town of Bel Air: Patricia “Patti” Parker has been hired as the Community & Public Relations Manager for The Town of Bel Air. Parker will oversee the town’s public communications, manage its online presence, and help facilitate conversations between the Town of Bel Air and its residents.

As a native of Bel Air, Parker has an established presence in the community. She has over 20 years of experience working in the hospitality industry, has served on multiple boards within the community, and is a founding member of Visit Harford, an organization dedicated to bringing tourists to Harford County. Parker currently serves on the board of the Bel Air Downtown Alliance and served as chair of the Winter Wonderland committee. Parker plans to bring her passion for the Town of Bel Air, her experience as a resident, and her community relations skills to this position.

Parker resides with her partner, John Knott, together they have 4 children. In her free time, she fosters kittens for the Humane Society of Harford County, and volunteers time to projects throughout the town.
