Bel Air Holding Hearing On Communication Towers

From the Town of Bel Air: Pursuant to Article IV, Section 401-9 of the Town Charter and Article XIII, Section 165-101 of the Bel Air Development Regulations, the Bel Air Board of Town Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 7:30 pm on Monday, August 19, 2019 at the Bel Air Town Hall, 39 N. Hickory Avenue, to discuss Ordinance 791-19, A requested amendment to the Town code to allow Communication Towers in the B-1 (Limited Business) district by Special Exception and to revise the performance standards related to Communication Towers.
