Bel Air Home Depot Theft Suspect Caught On Return Visit: Report
Three New York residents accused of counterfeiting were charged days after one reportedly stole merchandise from Home Depot in Bel Air.

BEL AIR, MD - Three people have been charged in connection with alleged crimes connected to the Bel Air Home Depot involving stolen tools and counterfeit money.
Power tools were stolen from the Home Depot in the 600 block of Marketplace Drive last week, the Bel Air Police Department reported. The crime occurred at 4 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 28, police said.
Authorities released photos of the suspects involved, noting there was a man and woman.

Albert Jones, 33, of Jamaica, New York, is being held without bail at the Harford County Detention Center on the following charges, according to court records: theft from $1,000 to $10,000; theft less than $1,000; possession of forged currency; two counts of theft scheme from $1,000 to $10,000; and making a false statement to a police officer.
Jones was taken into custody on Aug. 31, court records show.

He allegedly returned to the Home Depot days after the Aug. 28 theft of power drills that was captured on surveillance and purchased items from the garden department using counterfeit money, according to The Aegis, which reported staff recognized him and notified police, who approached Jones at his vehicle, a 2016 Nissan Altima.
Police recovered $10,750 in counterfeit bills in the vehicle and determined more than $2,600 worth of merchandise from Home Depot had been stolen or paid for using the fake money, The Aegis reported.
Brittney Angelique Ellerby, 25, of Jamaica, New York, was charged with possession of forged currency; theft less than $1,000; and theft scheme from $1,000 to $10,000, according to court records, which said the crimes took place on Aug. 31. Ellerby was released on $3,500 bail on Sept. 1, court records show.
Jalil McIntyre, 25, of Jamaica, New York, was charged with possession of forged currency and theft scheme between $1,000 and $10,000 related the Aug. 31 incident, according to court records. He was being held without bail.
