Bel Air Man Is Missing: Have You Seen Him?
Have you seen Timothy? The Harford County Sheriff's Office is asking for help finding him.
BEL AIR, MD — A Bel Air man is missing, and the Harford County Sheriff's Office has asked for help locating him. He was last seen at 10 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, according to authorities.
Timothy S. Scharfe, 53, is described as 6-feet-3-inches tall and 200 pounds.
Before his disappearance, officials said he was at his residence on Hibiscus Court in Bel Air.
