Peeping Tom Reported in Bel Air Changing Room
Call the Bel Air Police Department at 410-638-4500 if you can identify this man.
The Bel Air Police Department is investigating a case of voyeurism at Target.
Over the weekend, police responded to the Target at 580 Marketplace Drive, where the victim said a man took cell phone pictures of her as she was in the changing room, according to officials.
The incident occurred at approximately noon on Saturday, Aug. 8, the Bel Air Police Department reported.
