Bel Air Restaurant Has One of Top 100 Wine Lists in America

One of Bel Air’s fine dining establishments has earned national accolades.

Pairings Bistro has one of the Top 100 Wine Lists in America, according to OpenTable.

True to its name, Pairings Bistro pairs each menu item with a complementary wine.

To identify the restaurants with the best wine lists, OpenTable sifted through more than 5 million reviews of 20,000 establishments across the U.S.

Pairings reviews on OpenTable lauded the restaurant’s wines as a complement to the cuisine.

Maryland had eight restaurants ranked among the ”Best 100 Wine List” establishments, including one other in Harford County—the Vineyard Wine Bar in Havre de Grace.

“This year’s winners are curating wine lists that educate and excite,” OpenTable Chief Dining Officer Caroline Potter said, “with selections that bring out the best in every bite.”

Maryland had eight restaurants make the list—the fourth highest concentration in the country, after California, Ohio and Illinois, according to OpenTable.
