Could Bel Air be more pedestrian friendly? Meeting to explore potential improvements.

A public meeting at the Bel Air Town Hall on Wednesday will center around increasing pedestrian connectivity.
“Public comment is invited on a proposal to upgrade certain roadways in the area of Howard Park and beyond,” according to Harford County Councilman Jim McMahan, whose district includes Bel Air.
The Bel Air Planning Department is taking the lead on the project, according to McMahan.
