Bel Air Turkey Trot To Benefit Families

From Y of Central Maryland: Thousands of individuals, families, kids, and even a few furry friends will come together at seven sites across Central Maryland to run, walk, jog, stroll and, most importantly, raise critically-needed funds so children living in poverty can have access to Y programs that will help positively shape their lives. On Thanksgiving morning, Thursday, November 22, 2018, the Y will host its Turkey Trot Charity 5K in Arnold, Baltimore City, Bel Air, Ellicott City, Perry Hall, Towson and Westminster.

Each Y Turkey Trot will feature a 5K Run/Walk, and medals will be awarded in each age group and to overall race winners. Prizes will also be awarded to the top fundraisers. Participants will receive an official race t-shirt. Proceeds benefit children and families who cannot afford participation in Y programs such as camp, Y membership and preschool, which keep them physically active, healthy, learning and connected!

The Y Turkey Trot Charity 5K in Bel Air is now in its 23rd year.

Course: Walk or run starting on the historic streets of downtown Bel Air and ending on the scenic MA & PA Trail!

Parking: Courtland Street Garage, Harford Mutual and anywhere else in town that is NOT on the race course.

Packet Pick-up Times:

We strongly encourage you to pick up your packets in advance, as lines on Thanksgiving morning can be long. You may pick up packets for friends and family, just have their first and last names.
