4th Annual Harford Plein Air Festival: Collectors' Preview Party

Congratulate the juried artists in the 4th Annual Harford Plein Air Festival sponsored by the Maryland Center for the Arts and have the first opportunity to view and purchase their work at a reception prior to the public sale.
