Bel Air This Weekend: Suzie's Fest, Longest Table, Messiah In May

BEL AIR, MD — This weekend in Bel Air, Suzie's Fest will have downtown hopping near Black-Eyed Suzie's on Main Street. The festival, slated for Saturday, comes with the promise of a celebratory "I love Bel Air" color changing cup to the first 500 ticket holders. Tickets are $10, and kids are free. Spiderman and other characters will be there for the festivities, which include a Cinco de Mayo taco and margarita bar as well as a dunk tank and other goodies.

Open to all years, makes, models cars, trucks, and motorcycles. Entertainment provided by DJ Tom. Always free to enter. We do a voluntary $1 donation to participate in the gift card raffles.

Harford County will host a community conversation in May to build relationships among residents with diverse perspectives. Presented by Harford County Public Library, in partnership with Harford County government, The Longest Table will include brunch and be held on Saturday, May 4, from 9 to 11 a.m. at Leidos Field at Ripken Stadium in Aberdeen. The Harford Choral Society Presents: MESSIAH IN MAY

Saturday, May 4 at 7:00 pm

Although Messiah is normally heard at Christmas, it was written for the season of Easter. Director Locke will conduct the chorus in movements from Parts II and III of Handel's Messiah which features the Hallelujah Chorus, and choral selections for Spring and Summer.
