Bel Air Welcomes Chocolate and Candy Festival
The sugar rush hits Main Street on Saturday.

New Years resolutions, take a weekend off. The 14th annual Bel Air Chocolate and Candy Festival is here.
Local chocolate and candy makers will be at the Bel Air Armory Saturday, tempting those with cabin fever to get out of the house after the recent snowstorm.
The following vendors will be on-site, according to the Bel Air Downtown Alliance, which is organizing the event:

All tickets are sold at the door. Admission is $5 for adults and includes four free sample tickets; additional samples cost $3 for three tickets. Admission is free for children younger than 6; they receive two free sample tickets.
The Bel Air Chocolate and Candy Festival will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, March 7, at the Bel Air Armory, 37 North Main Street, in Bel Air. The Chocolate Creation Contest, in which preregistered contestants submit their homemade specialties, will start at noon, with judges Jesse Bane, PJ Chambers and Amber Shrodes determining the winner for announcement at 1 p.m.
