Bridge In Forest Hill Reopens
The bridge on Phillips Mill Road has reopened in Harford County.
From Harford County Government: The Harford County Department of Public Works has reopened the section of Phillips Mill Road between Hillcroft Drive and Cosner Road in Forest Hill after replacing the bridge over East Branch/Winters Run.
