According to a new guide to the best ice cream shops in every state released by Foursquare, Broom's Bloom is home to the best ice cream in Maryland.

The flavor "dirt" came highly recommended for those visiting Broom's Bloom by reviewers on Foursquare, an application that connects people to places by location.

This is not the first time that Broom's Bloom has been scooped up into the national spotlight; in 2013, it was named one of the 10 Great American Ice Cream Shops by Trip Advisor.
