Slack Family Practice is a new direct access/concierge medicine practice in Harford County started by Dr. Melanie Slack, MD. At Slack Family Practice (SFP), our mission is to provide healthcare as it should be. We do this by creating a highly personalized experience in which you partner directly with your doctor. SFP does not accept insurance; instead all interactions are included in a single annual fee.
