Team Hetzel is once again hosting a fundraiser at Hopkins Farm Brewery to raise funds for Blood Cancer United (formerly The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society). We will be participating in the Light the Night walk on Friday, October 9th to raise funds for Blood Cancer United and all funds from this event go towards Team Hetzel.
A little background….we lost our son, brother, daddy, friend Larry ‘LP’ on August 15th, 2017 to Tcell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He fought a hard battle. Hospitalized July 19th 2017 diagnosed the next day, started treatment that day, celebrated his 30th birthday there, then came home after 3 weeks of continued, grueling treatment. Three days later he was readmitted and passed on August 15th. It was only 28 days but it was the longest 28 days of our lives. We miss him every second of every day. Wren and Juliet only know of their daddy via pictures, videos, stories and through his family. We continue to raise funds so that we can find a cure for all blood cancers. No family should every go through such a horrendous disease.
Come join us as at Hopkins Farm Brewery on Sunday, July 26th from 12-4 as we raise funds and toast a glass for LPs 39th birthday. There will be a 50/50 raffle, a Santa raffle, bake table with baked goods, snacks and drinks, as well as a raffle with lots of great prizes (list attached) This list will be updated as we add items. Check our Facebook Event Page to latest item list. Last year we had a 5 game bingo and it seems like everyone enjoyed it, so we will be doing Bingo again. Family friendly, everyone welcome. Sorry, no pets. There are scheduled food trucks (see Events tab on Hopkins website for more info). You may bring outside food. However, NO outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. Wouldn’t it be great to have Santa come visit your children? We have used this Santa for our personal family Christmas parties for a few years now. He is wonderful. This is wonderful gift to give to your kids and grown-ups as well. He will come to your home for up to 2 hours. He has read stories to our children, they sang songs together and just had a magical time.

BINGO - We are having a 10 card 50/50 bingo game at the Fundraiser, family friendly, starting at 1pm. It would be 10 games, $20 to play all games, 50/50 cash prize each game. 1pm until done, probably 1.5 hrs.. Let me know if you are interested in participating. Prepurchase game cards are being offered.

It's worth stopping by just to pick up a few.......
