Police arrested a 49-year-old man after a series of indecent exposure incidents in Canton during June and July.

BALTIMORE — Police have arrested a 49-year-old man in connection with a series of indecent exposure incidents that alarmed residents in Canton and surrounding Southeast Baltimore neighborhoods.

Jason S. Morgan, 49, was arrested at a residence in Harford County and taken to the Harford County Detention Center, where he was charged with three counts of indecent exposure, Baltimore police announced Tuesday.

Detectives said the investigation remains active and that they are working to determine whether Morgan is connected to additional incidents in the area.

The arrest follows weeks of complaints from Canton residents about a man repeatedly walking through the neighborhood naked or exposing himself.

WJZ previously reported that neighbors had captured the suspect in photos and on video multiple times and said the encounters had become increasingly frequent. One resident told the station she had encountered the man seven times in eight months, including one incident in which he approached her while completely naked except for socks and shoes.
