Cat Stuck In Tree For 2 Days Rescued By Susquehanna Hose Company Firefighter

Nothing was working to coax a cat out of a tree where it'd been stuck for two days, so a Susquehanna Hose Company firefighter rescued it.

Susquehanna Hose Company Firefighter Charlie Maddox climbed up a ladder Monday to rescue a stranded cat who was stuck in a tree in the 100 block of Stansbury Court. The cat had been there for two days and nothing else had worked to coax it down.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A cat stuck in a tree for two days just couldn't seem to find its way down to the ground so firefighters swooped in to save the day.

Susquehanna Hose Company Firefighter Charlie Maddox climbed up a ladder Monday to rescue the stranded cat who was high above the ground in a tree in the 100 block of Stansbury Court.

According to the fire department, the cat is "meow in the comfort of its owner's possession."
