Cellestine Weaver, 75, of Bel Air

On October 10, 2016, Cellestine Weaver, 75, of Bel Air, beloved mother of Cara Weaver and Mark Weaver; dear sister of the late Carol Johnson.

A memorial service will be held at the Great Hope Bible Church, 1128 Chrome Hill Road, Jarrettsville, on Oct. 22, 2016, at 2 p.m.
