Charles Allen Lay, 74

On June 14, 2015, Charles A. Lay passed away. He was the beloved husband of Fay Lay; devoted father of Michele Delaney and her husband Kevin; dear brother of Donald Lay and his wife Petti, Robert Lay and his wife Betty as well as five late siblings; loving grandfather of Megan and Kaitlyn Delaney; he is also survived by many other loving family members.

Relatives and friends may gather at Schimunek Funeral Home of Bel Air, Inc., 610 W MacPhail Rd., Bel Air, MD 21014, on Wednesday, June 17, from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m., where a funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 18, at 11 a.m.
