Charles Frank Wagner, 62, of Bel Air

Charles Frank Wagner passed away at the age of 62, on May 1, 2016, at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center in Bel Air.

He was born in Baltimore to Charles Frederick Wagner and Cristol Isabel (Hall) Wagner of Essex. Raised in Hawthorne in Eastern Baltimore County, Charlie started his career with the international Union of Boilermakers Local 193 in the early 1970s.

He worked locally, since 1989, as an attorney in the Bel Air area, where he was thought of as a family advisor and friend. He also did a lot of Pro bono work.

An avid golfer, he enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family. He was a member, for 20 years, of both the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and the Maryland Golf and Country Club.

Mr. Wagner is survived by his wife, Kim; daughters Cristol Lee Wagner of Bel Air and Honor Dundore of Baltimore; son-in-law, Adam Dundore; brothers, Timothy and Craig Wagner; sister-in-law, Alice Wagner; and a very, very large family of in-laws too numerous to mention.

Those who desire may make a contribution to FCCAU (Welcome One Emergency Shelter), 1221-C Brass Mill Road, Belcamp, MD 21017.

Visitation will be from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, at McComas Funeral Home, 1317 Cokesbury Road, Abingdon.

There will be an additional visitation on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. at church prior to the service.

A memorial service will take place at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, May 4, at Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1515 Emmorton Road, Bel Air.
