Cherry Hill Road Bridge To Close For Construction In April, No Vehicles Allowed

Cherry Hill Road Bridge will close for construction. No vehicles including emergency vehicles and buses will be allowed across it.

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The Cherry Hill Road bridge over Deer Creek in Street will close to all through traffic April 3 for approximately one week. The bridge, located near the intersection of Cherry Hill Road and Route 24 (Rocks Road), is next to the 4-H camp.

The bridge is a Harford County Historic Landmark and the repairs have been approved by the Harford County Historic Preservation Commission. School buses and emergency vehicles will not be allowed across the bridge at any time. Drivers who use this bridge should follow the detour signs or make other arrangements, according to Harford County officials.
