BALTIMORE, MD — A Forest Hill man was charged with distribution of child pornography after an investigation at the South Locust Point Marine Terminal in Baltimore, according to authorities. Police said a private shipping company operating out of the terminal reported the incident upon discovering thousands of files of child pornography on one of its computers.
