CMG WELLNESS AND RESOURCE CENTER OFFERS HELP TO THE SENIORS OF HARFORD COUNTY

In August 2015, CMG Wellness & Resource Center opened its doors to serve Seniors looking for solutions to live safely and independently in their homes.

CMG offers case management, service coordination, resources, and wellness programs. They can help coordinate additional needs after a hospital discharge, determine eligibility for Federal/State Programs, complete applications and doctor forms, advocate to service providers when unfairly charged for services, with daily home management tasks and much more.

The Founder and CEO, Michele Hauer, Ph.D. is equipped with years of experience navigating through the many obstacles facing our Seniors today. She envisions a caring community where services are available to enrich lives, and where Seniors are empowered to live independently. To this sentiment, she offers a Sliding Fee Scale Program to serve all regardless of income. Dr. Hauer has an innate respect and compassion for this generation, and it shows in her relentless effort in finding solutions to the most difficult situations.
