Columbus Day 2022 : What's Open, Closed In Harford County

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — All town of Bel Air offices will be closed Monday for Columbus Day as will county offices and the courts.

Regular household trash removal for Bel Air residents who normally have their trash collected Mondays will have it picked up Wednesday. Tuesday's residents who have trash collection on Tuesday will not be affected. There won't be bulk collection on Wednesday however. There also won't be loose leaf or yard waste collection Monday.

The Harford Waste Disposal Center, Tollgate Yard trim drop-off facility and the administrative office will be open Monday and trash collection will not be affected.

The Harford County Public Library will be closed Monday and staff will engage in an in-service day. Harford County Public Schools will be open Monday.
