Saint Margaret Parish in partnership with New Hope Baptist Church and our surrounding community will once again host a Community Thanksgiving Day Dinner on Thursday, November 27, from 12:00 noon to 3:00 pm in the School Hall.
We noticed individuals, couples, families and seniors were alone on this wonderful day meant to be thankful to God for the blessings in our lives. It is our hope to offer a meal to any individual or family who, through a variety of life’s circumstances, are unable to share in fellowship and as community a meal that acknowledges the gifts we are to each other.
This year using the talents of many individuals, organizers will be offering carry out meals as well as a making sure anyone who needs it leaves with some extra food. Transportation is available. To get on the pick-up schedule, please call two days prior to the event. There will also be entertainment.
