Crash Closed I-95 Off-Ramp To MD 24

HARFORD COUNTY, MD — The deceleration ramp on the exit from Interstate 95 to MD 24 was closed Tuesday afternoon due to a crash in Harford County. The Abingdon Fire Company and Maryland State Police were at the scene on the off-ramp from I-95 north to MD 24.

Officials said the single-vehicle crash happened before 4 p.m.

By 4:45 p.m., state transportation officials said the ramp had reopened.
