Crash on I-95 South Slows Traffic in Harford County
Drivers were facing major slowdowns south of Bel Air heading toward Joppa on Interstate 95 Tuesday morning.
HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Several incidents on Interstate 95 in Harford County are causing slowdowns during the Tuesday morning commute.
Before 7:45 a.m., the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company reported that it was responding to a crash on I-95 south before the exit for MD 152/Mountain Road.
Traffic cameras showed vehicles at a standstill on I-95 south in the area of MD 24 as first responders handled the crash before 8 a.m.

The incident came just after another crash had cleared on the shoulder of I-95 south near the same exit; transportation officials reported that crash had cleared by 7:25 a.m.
As of 8 a.m., there were two lanes closed on I-95 south headed toward MD 152, transportation officials said. Traffic was below speed but starting to move in the area.

Elsewhere on I-95 in Harford County, a single-vehicle crash had closed the slow shoulder near the exit for MD 543 before 7 a.m.
